Much rather see a Taco Bell then a new liquor store.
Streator must need more liquor.

Werent they supposed to be building one where Streator Bowling Lanes was--across from Burger King & next to the Town & Country Apartments. According to Feildman, that's why they had to move the billboard post back last year...He said Taco Bell was coming, but they sure aren't here yet...

If they cant reach an agreement; than they should buy one of the lots by Walmart & build there

Doesn't matter how you cut it, Fieldman is a crook,(that's why most of his properties are vacant) and taco bell still sucks big time, and by the way so does Mcdonalds... not that good either.

Well a very large liquor store is going to build in the building where Taco Bell used to be across from the McDonalds. They have the empty lots also and maybe the next house for this new store. They will tear the old building down and build a new gourmet liquor. Apparently they must have a liquor license. I read about it here.
I was just thinking I'd rather see a Taco Bell than another liquor store.

Feldman is an okay guy. He must have some sort of smarts as he owns Northpoint and has for a long time.

Fieldman will not fix that place up ,he is using northpoint as a tax write off so he can pay less in taxes. Rich people always stick the majority of the taxes to the poor to pay.

I would say Fieldman is LESS than an "OK" guy!

there was something I read about taco bell building in the old Streator lanes site saying they could not build because the entrance was to close to the stop light and fieldman would not allow them to put an entrance/exit into his lot. apparently there are restrictions on how close a business can enter and exit near stop lights.
