Just think if Results would have moved to the old Krogers store instead of West Gate Plaza.!!!!!!

A smart Businessman knows the loopholes, when you have money you must use them,(loopholes) otherwise you will just be giving you're money away.

I took a drive through Northpoint today. Boarded up windows and doors. Tagged graffiti spray painted on walls. Remnant signs from departed customers. Aren't several of those conditions in violation of city code/ordinances? Is the city moving to start condemnation? I bet he probably has lawyers and/or club membership, they seem to back down for both of those.

Doesn't matter how you cut it, Fieldman is a crook,(that's why most of his properties are vacant) and taco bell still sucks big time, and by the way so does Mcdonalds... not that good either. EXACTLY ^^^ McDeath's, Burger Barf...and all of the above! I guess that I shouldn't be doggin these fine restaurants that we do have here, as they do employ people here in our town and bring in revenue, but still....I have never gone by McD's and NOT seen them busy with customers, WTH!? Oh, lemme guess they take the LINK card, right? M

Ive heard the RMC sits on a mine & has incredibly high taxes; plus that building has been vacant since 2008 & has flooded a few times..lot of repairs

I think the building is too low and has always had water problems.
RMC enjoyed a decade of low taxes.
Before I moved here to open The Majestic, Micheal Rogers (brother of the owner) told me that it was closing because the taxes increased by $20,000.
They were planning to close earlier than they did. I thought that we'd be opening in a community with no theatre.
Vern Reynolds had some contractors there about a year ago to get prices, but I don't think he was real thrilled about Streator after his last dealings.

This town does not need another movie theatre.
The one we have is not supported.
