Cleaned my long peanut feeder yesterday, and installed a new clear plastic hanging dome over it to keep the rain off. Just enough mold in the bottom of it to keep Woody away.

I have had the same problem with my niger seeds too. I have a round ball screen with shelled peanuts in it too, but a smaller sun / rain shield above it.

I have had the same problem with my niger seeds too. I go out each day and shake it up. It seems to keep the mold at bay, for awhile. Robins.....I counted fifteen, in yard at one time before rain yesterday.

we had some robins back yesterday ? I think they figured out it actually rained here in August ?
