I am aware that there have been previous threads about Mediacom. Is anyone else having to reboot your modem multiple times almost every day? I tried to call them to speak to a real person but got tired of their computer person for almost 5 minutes. I don’t want to sign up with the new service being advertised until I hear how their service really is. Anyone else have another internet service that you LOVE.

go out to the Mediacom office and complain. they will send someone out check it out. i have Mediacom but it has got so expensive. the people who have conxxus say it is good. it still hasn't been installed in my area yet.

Mediacom in the past had a woman in the office that was very helpful.Those days are gone.

Conxxus and frontier are both worth switching to II signed up for conxxus already. i am waiting for the install now. |
