King Mike Madigan is no more. He's resigning his seat in the Illinois legislative body at the end of the month. Now we just need to get him in prison garb for all the crap he did.

CHICAGO (CBS) — Little more than a month after surrendering the gavel as Speaker of the Illinois House, Michael Madigan has resigned his seat as a state representative.
Initially, Madigan released a statement saying his resignation would be effective at the end of February. But Madigan has since issued a letter saying his resignation was effective immediately.
CBS 2 Political Investigator Dana Kozlov reported it is not clear why Madigan abruptly changed his resignation date. He declined an interview request.

Madigan most certainly did NOT appoint anyone as Speaker, it was voted upon by the respective Legislators, and was not an easy process this time. Look, Madigan is a scum and should be behind bars, but by saying things that are not true, you show yourself to be a spreader of misinformation......... |

So his fair and SPEEDY trial is set to begin April 1 2024..
Not a joke but basically they hope he dies before they get him in front of a prosecutor,my assumption would be so he can’t take anyone down with him..If he makes it that long anyone wish to bet on whether he will get a continuance or not…

the thing about being a powerful democrat in illinois is you make the rules so he will likely die before seeing the inside of a courtroom.
