I have safety Wolverine "Carbon Max" boots but not sure if that is good enough. And their office is closed now.

I don't know specifically, but they usually have an ANSI specification they go by, some allow both steel and composite construction.
Best guess is they do require one, but what standard would be the question.

Pretty sure that boot would be fine, but who knows? if you are a welder, then you would need steel toe boots made of leather and the long toung going all the way up.
