Anyone read this thing? A lot of very disturbing stuff in there. One of the nastiest "narratives" concerned a priest here in town.

i learned a few things about some that served in Streator and close by. the whole thing is sickening. i went to St. Anthonys parish and never seen or heard about anything happening while there.

At least two accused clergy served St Anthony's...probably more to be honest. Other OFMs are listed in the report, and it's very possible that they served at St. Anthony's. It's been out for a few years now that one of the accused committed acts at the parish. The other priest was accused by someone in the Wichita area. We all liked the second priest. Pretty sad when I saw his name listed on a website a few years ago. I hope that whatever he did was not as serious as what happened at St. Stephen's. |
