Tropical storm Bill moving into Texas...another 4 to 8 inches for them! Dang!
I suspect heavy rain here on Thursday when Bill gets here?

What I was hearing was a dry summer, guess we are getting it all at once now before Summer hits lol tired of rain and the water pool should be good already I am guessing.

I saw on wspl website that Utica has a manditory evacuation and Marseillese has a voluntary evactauion. Due to rising river.

yeah, looking at 3 to 5 inches south of here after the tropical depression moves in
not sure about the twilight zone here yet? maybe some heavy duty rain and storms Wednesday, Thursday?

I know they did but below starved rock lock and dam is considered a floodplain. there isn't any way to control the water levels in that pool since the next lock and dam is in Peoria. if the water levels in Peoria rise even 6 feet the wickets are open all the way at Peoria dam and lock.

It is rather chilly, today. And rain. Yes it is. I heard that Dallas was concerned about trop. storm BILL because they have had a lot more rain than we have. They should have fixed those levees the last time it flooded down there in 1990.
