After planting flowers all day my guy grabbed a movie and pizza for us. Pizza was tasty, movie funny. Great combo. I forgot to have him ask if they will deliver a movie with pizza. Lol

Well!!! SSMan has now taken me off on summer reading fun & I have a great deal I should be doing (company in 21/2 hrs,)!!:-) A long ago favorite when I was a young 30 something a great book, I've read more than a couple of times. 'Marco Polo if You Can' by W.F. Buckley, what a great story, as I recall. I shall have to pull it out to see how I like it in my (new state) dotage. ,-) Enjoy your day, thanks for the smile's Rocket & SSMan, & the reminder! I'd better get into high gear!!!

Although I know what you meant (cheap pizza) but I would use the word less expensive lol and for the amount of toppings that you can get, they are a little more affordable perhaps, but very good pizza for the most part.

Although I know what you meant (cheap pizza) but I would use the word less expensive lol and for the amount of toppings that you can get, they are a little more affordable perhaps, but very good pizza for the most part. Now I never said anything bad about the pizza, nothing. I actually said it was SURPRISINGLY GOOD for a cheap pizza. My own preference is generally for a traditional crisp crust that you get on the old flat ovens like a Joes, Annas, Alfanos and others. That's generally MY preference. (if I am paying full price for a GOOD pizza) If you want something that is generally a cheaper grade, it comes through a conveyor and sold at a lower price. Quality varies. (to me) This Marco's was probably as good as just about any I have had come through a conveyor. (maybe some good ones from Bianchi's) I am favorably impressed, and $9.99 for a 14 inch single topping makes it a cheap pizza compared to most competitors in town.(plus free cheezy bread , bonus stamp program, free video rental, whatever makes a pretty good deal) It's meant as a favorable term, not negative. Anyone know what they are charging for delivery? As I explained in my quote, I know you never meant anything bad, just pointed out the choice of the words is all lol no big deal.

Like in your business, if someone said ;; it was not bad for cheap ice cream" so less expensive sounds better I think, you know how some read on here lol

I tried Marcos Pizza. I am still going to stick with Joe's Pizza. I really did not care for Marco's Pizza.
