We need Goldwater to rise from his grave and try to save the Republic... Other than that I think we're scre wed. I remember how excited the conservatives of that day were when Goldwater ran against LBJ. "Finally, a real conservative!" By today's standards, of course, old Barry would not be far enough right. Nevertheless, he was crushed by LBJ.

Funny, you keep saying that. We listened and had Dole ( loser ), McCain ( Loser ), and Romney ( Loser ). Yet in 2010 and more importantly, 2014 those who ran on SOLID Conservative principles won convincingly. Golly, why should we listen to the enemy ( YOU )? 2010 and 2014 were midterms and not national elections. I'm "the enemy"? F you, you bag of stinking wind! You're just a pµssy that is all talk about not paying taxes, tarring and feathering, and being the "point of the spear" yet doesn't have the balls to ACT on your unconstitutional ideas. Keep pushing further to the right. I'll get you a good deal on a fainting couch and some clutching pearls when Clinton is elected in 2016. Stupid Ayn Rand twit. Ohhhh, I got under your skin. Tell you what chump, I will trade you TAXES PAID any day of the week. As a matter of fact, just about everyone I have EVER seen who "doesn't" mind paying their taxes, don't happen to pay much in the way of them. So, you wanna play? I will make the same offer I do to Greek, I will buy the coffee if you wanna chat.

Barry would be skewered by the most virulent "right winger" today.

This country has almost always been centrist in its choice for a president. Obama did not run as a Socialist. Instead, he ran as the great unifier, the person who didn't see "blue and red states." If he had run promising to open our borders, hate Jews, embrace Al Sharpton and use executive orders to thwart the separation of powers, he would have met Barry's fate. The midterm elections were a belated rejection of his crypto-socialist policies.

I fail to find where Barry is anything like a far right winger....... I don't disagree with you at all on Obungo though.
