it would be plenty hot by leaving the seeds from the jalapenos in the chili. sounds like it could have a decent flavor though.

Chili sounds good. I like chili spicey, my wife likes it bland. Grilled cheese is choice to go with chili. I know some people that like peanut butter sandwiches to go along with chili. While others put chili on hot dogs or on French cries.

I love hot chili, but as I get older, it doesn't like me so much.
We make it for lunch here at work, never the same twice, we use what is left over from the previous day, sometimes you start with Spaghetti sauce, sometimes with beef and rice, we have used meatloaf as the base, who knows what next. It is always good, sometimes it is to die for.......
But you do get funny looks when you have green beans in your chili.

I just made a huge pot of chili a couple of days ago......so befitting in this weather. SNIPER I too never make anything the same way twice, as I don't go by any recipes...it's nice to "change it up" like that but not quite to the extreme that you guys do... lol! M

Maybe after having chili every one can get together To have a fart orgy to produce enough gas to heat up the air. Just dont light up around the gas.

M We say waste not, want not............. Except when you have that really kickass pot of Chili that you can never quite replicate. We had one last week that started with Kelbasa/Onions/Green peppers from the previous day........ Talk about freakin heaven in the bowl...... But you couldn't do it twice unless you hit the lotto.

Last year it cost me $26.00 to make a 12 quart pot of chilli, now it cost me $34.00 for the same chilli, things are not cheap I'll tell you.

I can't imagine, short of real Texas chili ( all beef, no beans ) how you could conceivably wrap that much dough into a pot, even if you went to Krogers.........
