Im sorry if im bitching but y is it alright for everone elses dog to run loose on boys st. But 1 gets out from the kids or gets off from his collar and everyone threatons to kill him. Hes a puppy still (lab). Yes he barks but doesnt show teeth just wants to play. I just dont think its fair to take it out on 1 dog
