Some things never change. Glad we retired out of Illinois.
Illinois Democrats on Tuesday rolled out a new state spending plan that puts off many tough decisions until after the November election by relying on a series of time-tested budget tricks.
To make ends meet, at least on paper, lawmakers would bump up how much money they think will come in, borrow from special funds, put off paying bills, lower estimated health care costs and skip putting in money to pay for raises for unionized workers.

This type of delaying the hard decisions, is why the puppet from Peru, should be voted out. He is for keeping the temporary tax, permanent. He is just a "yes" vote for Madigan. The whole bunch of dumbacrats, need to be voted out. All they can do is spend our tax dollars on the n+gger and poor vote. They just want to be re-elected and rape the taxpayer.

I also seen where Madigan approved 50 million dollars to fund the teachers retirement plans for the Chicago schools. he also passed a 10 million dollar pork barrel plan for a new library. the rest of the state can fend for themselves.
