I'll give you another one that is truly sad. There are sOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many old country cemeteries on farmers land that have become extinct...and it's because not only did they not have any family members left to IDK eiter maintain / or to have other people buried there..but many many years ago before towns were actually established with churches that most people did belong to, they buried their dead out in remote areas that eventually farmers whom these were on their land got tired of trying to maintain. I do believe at one point farmers were paid for a cemetery plot by their significant state. I'm not certain when they stopped doing that though. But, that's why soooooooo sooooooooo many graveyards have become pretty much overgrown, neglected, the farmer lets his cows graze upon...etc!!! NOT to mention but Indian burial grounds are and have been rendered unmarked too then as well. I didn't mean to offend you in any way when I stated "it's as if their life didn't matter"...but THAT is why I stated that....which is true. Here is a very remote cemetery that we THE RIPS have gone to for years...we need to get out there and pay that place justice too, I will be the first to admit that. Again.............sad, and forgotten souls.................. www.the-r-i-p-s.com/hadleycemetery.htmM

I never heard of this cemetery and had to Google map search to locate it. And that explains why I never heard of it. Cause I only know the ones in town and just outside of town. This one you speak of is by Odell Illinois 20-30 miles from streator.

Yes I did hear it. The beginning was rather creeping sounding but then I liked the song.

Two points. First ,when I mentioned a Potters Field, it is just another term for paupers graves. These people did not have the means to have a burial plot and so the government or a non profit had them buried. Second, like was said about the graves in the south. That information was correct. A few weeks ago, there was a large amount of rain that fell in southern LA. A lady said her mother came up so they will bury her again.......for the third time.
