Through Thursday night:
Overall threat: HIGH
Outbreak of severe t-storms from extreme southern Iowa, Missouri and Downstate Illinois to east Texas and Louisiana spreading east in the evening into the middle/lower Mississippi Valley and Lower Ohio Valleys. Tornadoes, large hail, and damaging straight-line winds are all threats.
Some additional clusters of thunderstorms in the mid-Mississippi Valley and Ohio Valley may produce large hail and flooding rainfall.
Maximum TOR:CON: 8
Friday:
Overall threat: low-medium
Scattered severe t-storms from the Ohio Valley to the Southeast. Damaging straight-line winds will be the most common threat, however, a few tornadoes are also possible in the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys.
Maximum TOR:CON: 3
Looks like we aren't in the most severe area but we will probably get some strong storms up here Super, you stay safe tonight!
