Anyone know the laws about a neighbor pushing snow into my yard and in the alley in front of my parking pad. I have knocked on her door a couple times when I knew she was home but she never answers. I know she doesn't like me but at least let me park. I don't want this to be a passing contest but what can I do if she won't talk to me. I'm tempted to hire someone to push it back into her driveway but know that won't solve the problem only make it worse. Any ideas?

Fortunately it would be hard for my neighbors to put snow in my yard.. I'd say rent a snow blower and do I need to tell you which way to let it blow!

I had the same thing happen. A neighbor's plow guy pushed snow from the 400 block of main down in front of our store, blocking the sidewalk.
I called our city, but they wouldn't do anything about it. They let the plow guy continue driving on sidewalks and pushing snow around our streets. He never even cleaned up the mess in front of our store.
The ice cream store owner was pissed and plowed the snow that was pushed down to his property right back over to the bar.
It really sucks trying to battle with the plow guys when all you have is a shovel.
After that I made a video and posted it online. We really haven't had that problem since.

just be nice and tell them not to push the snO there, because you can't access your parking, any reasonable person will understand, suggest another place to push it if you see one

Or you could do the same thing I'm going to do with my neighbors dog droppings that have been building all winter long under both of my bedroom windows...Ask them nicely to remove it, remind them 1 time ONLY, then return it to its rightful owner...My neighbors will be getting theirs back on their doorstep...Not in a bag, simply right outside their front door where they sure won't miss it...

Kill them with kindness, it will work in the long run.
