Is there a place in town that identifies what model and all that stuff? I have a 1952 i believe Singer sewing Machine (AL066522) thats the number stamped on it. I know the foot pedal is missing/cut off. it still works, but how bad will it effect the price on it if its valuable still?

Both my Mom and grandmother had Singers like that. They are pretty common. If fact, I have one in the bsement that I have not opened up. The wood is pretty beat over.

May be worth around $300.00 If it wasn't missing the foot peddle.

You could probably give michaels a dollar and they would take it for junk and save landfill space.
