oh good to note also, if you only have a desktop computer and your modem for it is NOT wireless, you would have to either exchange it for a modem that has wireless from mediacom or buy a wireless router to run it through

You access netflix and hulu plus through the internet computer/latop to watch through your tv you need: dvd/blueray players or wii, playstation, xbox etc... that have wifi to access your internet You can connect your laptop to your tv through HDMI cable as well. or a tv that has built in wifi to access your internet. Absolutely correct Seaturtle. That's about it: High Speed Internet (even slow DSL works OK or cable) And a device that streams videos. That includes many newer DVD players and TV's Do yourself a favor and make sure the device you get is capable of streaming wirelessly. (most newer ones will) I have to mention: I LOVE MY ROKU. IT's a little box that streams. It's wireless, simple and fast. It also adds all kinds of other 'channels' easily. Mine has 2 plugs, one is the power cord and the other connects to the TV. I have a Wii and DVD player that both stream, but I far prefer the ease and speed of the ROKU. Yes, Roku is great, it's better than the $50.00 wifi we have Roku is $100.00 and the movies stream better.
