ralph plumb street off to traffic They took out the bridge and installed guard rails on both sides with dead end signs posted.

They also took out the bridge on 8th st, right by the indoor shooting range. I would suspect the cost to replace the bridge along with the low traffic flow was cheaper to block it off than replace the bridge.

Never knew there was a bridge there, always thought it was just an entrance to I believe it was FX Neumans, and I only live a block over and a couple up.

Also see they closed the dirt alley off at powell and Livingston st by open bible. They put alittle blacktop down and put in a curb to block access to that alley that connects to penn st.

Welcome to the city of hazzard where boss hogg continues to pocket the taxpayers money and not use it for what it was for,to replace roadways and bridges. Not take them out and leave them closed.

If traffic flow doesnt warrant keeping them open, then why not close them? It isnt cheap to rebuild a bridge.
