Ottawa has a lot more money, that's why they have more going on. I think Ottawa has more money for these main reasons: They don't let their bar owners keep serving people into oblivion to create negative incidents that keep people away. They have a much more business friendly attitude. They do a much better job enforcing laws to create a better quality of life, making people want to live there, giving their property more value. I wish our City Council could get it together. |

they sure have the downtown area of Ottawa looking nice. they got some big grants to improve the downtown area without taking out loans. Maybe WE can get WHOEVER fills out Their Grant Papers to TEACH someone at City Hall how to FILL THEM OUT here?  |
