There were complaints in the past of poor customer service and new product not making it to the shelves. Have users seen improvements in these areas?

I haven't really heard anything in regards to the library now. I do know though that lil M took lil Peanut M in there to get a library card, which she is really becoming an avid book reader now due to. We also stopped in your son's store the other day so she could find a couple of books too. M

I've always found the library employees considerate, and helpful.
The building is one of Streator's jewels.
What's your opinion Kyle?

I don't use our Library.
I'd like to think that it's a good service to other people here.
There were some major concerns voiced here though.
If those users were to post that they noticed improvements in those areas, my opinion would be better.

How long have you lived here? Why not form your own opinion from personal experience. I bet you would be impressed. Oh wait, I'm not sure that have any issues on ''AQUAPONIC TODAY" It may not be requested that often by other residents though. Perhaps you can donate your past issues. g

The library is paid for with our property tax so why ask about it?
No one asks how's the fire department doing?

My daughter has been going there regularly for some years. She says she has never witnessed any of the staff being anything but helpful.

In the past there were multiple complaints that new items were not on the shelves and that customer service was not friendly. Because my tax dollars are being spent on it, I would like to know that it is a good service to the public and has improved in those areas.

That means a lot coming from someone who couldn't figure out how to play the word game. At least I read - work and travel All that without investors or bugging the city for help Wow, good for you. You have bought up work a few times now, as if to insinuate that I am not a hard worker. If you are that concerned, maybe you should ask around a little. There are a lot of people that saw the years of hard work that I put into the Majestic. Before I came to town it had been boarded up for decades, and was in no condition to be a first run theatre. The box office windows were all smashed up, and the counters rotting apart. The concession stand was not even big enough to allow for a three compartment sink as required by the Health Department. The seats on the main floor were in terrible condition. The screens were both in terrible shape with rips and stains. It's funny you should mention my investors from Flagstaff. They were not upset with me. They knew that I had lost over twice as much as all of them combined and they saw how hard I had worked. They were more concerned about what I would do to support myself after the theatre closed. They said that I should just keep the assets of the business, instead of selling them. So when you go to the Majestic and see the three compartment sink in concession, sit in any of the green or orange seats with cup holders, or look at either of the screens, say thank you to my investors from Flagstaff.
