I have often wondered why I have to pay for something I didn't use, I have no children to use the system I help fund. This guy opened my eyes to something else, now.msn.com/robert-fernandes-pays-7000-dollar-property-tax-bill-in-dollar-bills the idea of parents home schooling also paying taxes for the school system, sort of like double taxation. And then we have our elected officials who cut money from the schools spending like drunken sailors on $670,000 doors and $300,00 paintings and chandeliers in Springfield. I should hope we remember these things at election time and try make some needed changes.

The parents who have sent their kids to parochial schools for generations have always payed taxes to keep the public schools running, and supported their own private school.
Streator catholics previously supported 3 private schools, and are down to one. If that school should close, there'd be another influx of kids for the public school system to educate. Just something to ponder.

The guy from the video was right on cue, however taxes will get worse down the road and there is nothing that will change that now, being we are so long gone in debt that it's not even funny. It also says a lot that they couldn't even count the money for His records (proof of payment) pppppppfffttttttttt

The only other state with more taxing bodies is California. You just cant pick and choose what taxes you're going to pay. Lol
