I saw one in the front yard tree yesterday. He was checking out Dogzilla. Let him get within 4 ft.

they attack anything and anyone that comes near the feeders. I have had them dive bombing my Chihuahua on the deck. the two hummingbird moths were back at sunset tonight feeding.

I had one of those moths last night
he went after the yellow plastic sitting on the table outside!

I had tons of H birds, yesterday and today. I finally have Woody Woodpecker, at my feeder. Many H bird moths, too. More than I have ever seen at once. I had every feeder w/ H birds on them. Then, they would fly straight up and fight, then another group would feed. I love it!!

I had them all over the place on Sunday. Every feeder, and dive bombers. They are out again this am, too.

those moths are fascinating to watch feeding and very friendly I was at my neighbor's place when we spotted the moth hummingbird. It let us get within a yard of it. There were several of us there and no one (except me) knew what it was.

i had about 6 different hummingbirds today. they are feeding on the canna bulbs a lot.

I just realized how beautiful the Hbird moth is. He has nice red wings. DD do you still have the homing pigeon?

they come in various colors and shapes. I usually get the gray ones here at my house.
