I cannot believe, someone is not looking for this dog. We are now wondering if he was stolen and got away from thieves.
He has to be someone's dog.

Posting a picture might be a good idea. One of the face and one of the entire body. A lot of times an eldrly person's pet will get loose and they will just wait for it to come home and not advertise. I worked with the elderly for a long time and they thought you had to pay for an add in the paper so they would just wait for their return. Perhaps someone on here would recognize the dog, contact its owner and it could find it's way home. I'd be curious to see its photo, myself, just in case I had seen it around.

A Picture would be very helpful.

Yep a picture is worth a thousand words, and BTW, I don't think shih tzus and Pekes look any more alike than a golden retriever and a chowchow. Better posta pic to help the little one find its home.
