The article was right when they said the Bears are beloved. I don't think another NFL team would go over well in Chicago at all. A new, bigger, domed stadium, however would go over extremely well. Surprising a team with such a big market got such a small stadium and no dome. It's not like they can do anything about it now. The only thing they can do is wait for Soldier Field to age to the point where a new one is needed and build a bigger, better one.

Because FB was made to be played outdoors. Kudos to the Bears for keeping the REAL thing. If you want to play indoors, go to arena football. As for a new Chicago team, they need to help the one, they have now.

you wouldn't say that if you went to the bears games on a regular basis lol. i have sat in them stands in 0 degrees and the only place heated up there is in the bathrooms and they are packed with all them great bears fans lol. i would love to see a domed stadium in Chicago.

I agree Dive. It isnt much fun freezing your baguettes off. I dont mind the cold but it gets down right ridiculous there the wind coming off the lake.
