The US has not only created great problems for itself, but also for the rest of the world. With many countries in turmoil, the ECB has announced, in the early morning hours, that it will step in and buy Spanish and Italian debt, and also monetize debt. In addition, the G7 has also committed to act to stabilize the worlds markets.
It's nice to have friends.

Regardless of our Congressional dysfunction, the threats of default by the G'Tea'P, and the S&P downgrade, the world loves our debt and considers it AAA+++ more now than ever (thank you President Obama). Regardless of our Congressional dysfunction, the threats of default by the G'Tea'P, and the S&P downgrade, the world loves our debt and considers it AAA+++ more now than ever (thank you President Obama).
