I had a really delicious Sheephead soup at my, at the time, boss's place and was wondering if anyone on here has a recipe to make sheephead soup? ;D ;D ;D He gave me the recipe but it never turned out the way he made it. He said he makes it a little different every time and doesn't really know the measurements.

My ex husband years ago made soup from sheephead. It was wonderful and I believe no different from regular recipes. Let me know what you find and good luck!

This one came in the closest although i may substitute less potatoes with more mushroom(sheepshead). 10 to 12 small new potatoes, quartered 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 medium carrots, sliced 4 to 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms (button mushrooms, shiitake, crimini, or other fresh mushrooms) 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth 1/2 cup flour 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon dried leaf marjoram 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 pounds lean beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
