I didn't realize eagles were around here in the summer. I thought they were here just in the winter and went somewhere else for the summer months.

i have seen them in the summer around morris. i think are starting to stay around all the time due to their nests up and down the river. there is a rather large nest in ottawa below the railroad bridge.

Eagles were on the Endangered List. Their numbers are up so in turn there are more of them of course. Which they need room. That alone will make them move into less populated space of other Eagles. They don't have to fight as hard for food. I hope to see more of them in the future. ;D They are Magnificent.
