The sewer project is a mess. Before the project I never had a issue with sewer like smell in my bathroom now I do. I called township they basically said the smell should of been there before the project eventhough it wasn't. It been over a year since I have had a front yard. The yard fixer people left town and township says they should be back shortly...that was 2 weeks ago. Due to the messed up yard they broke my 280 dollar mower I bought this season due to my yard condition. I cannot wait till tax return...using the money to get the heck out of Streator and not planning on ciming back this time.

We are going thru it too (no apparent damage yet other than a tore up yard), but I sympathize with those of you with damage. The whole thing sucks.

It could be cheaper if South Streator annexed into the city of Streator. I wonder if the city would have put the sewer in for free.
But anyway. I don't trust what the sewer bill says as far as how much water you use. I compare my bill to my sons and last month it said I used alot more water than my water bill said. Maybe the city is several months behind in water useage.

It could be cheaper if the contractors do what they are being paid to do, and did it right. I can't think of one step of this whole process that any of these contractors got right. Not one.
I should have said, not one thing has gone as they have said in my yard, not one thing.
