diluted downy with hot water spray on get it soaked comes right off

thanks for the help guys! I've never had wallpaper that is this hard to remove. I'll try the downy and if that doesn't work I'll try the rental place. Have a great 4th.

Is it paper or vynle coated? Use a wallpaper tiger and soak with water. Tiger is a hand held tool that has small wheels with sharp teeth to puncture paper or vynle. I use a weed sprayer to wet the wall then scrape with putty knife. As far as steaming, a floor steamer may work also.

What about a Shark Steam bottle? I got mine for $17.98 (S&H, tx. incld.) www.1SALEADAY.COMI think you can get them @ Walmart.
