they already had their signup in June. My daughter missed it because she ended up taking summer school class . Maybe they will have another if they didn't get enough kids the first time .

I saw a bus load of workers out in the field on rt 23 between Grand Ridge and Ottawa a couple weeks ago..
IDK what they were doing..were not walking beans and the corn to short to detassle

they had registration at northlawn last wednesday. fortunately i got this information before too late. my niece and nephews signed up. my nephew who is the big thinker and will do great in life, on application it said what you want to make and usually kids leave blank or put minimum wage, my nephew put $13 hour. you go boy:)))))

That is to say they were cutting out and destroying the the small or deformed corn plants that are not capable of producing any seed corn but still compete for sunlight, plant food, nutrients and moisture. I would bet that is what you saw them doing.
