He created a new bureau because the cop who went stupid shooting a real criminal only received 7 years. This country already has more people locked up than even the most oppressive communist country and we can't stop putting people in jail.. And more government will save the state money in which ways.
Now to address all the legalization I wish they would just decriminalize instead of legalize because now all the drug users think they are totally safe and usda approved.. The reasoning I believe is a stoned society is much more controllable...

the government will legalize anything they think they can tax. this is why cigarettes lasted so long even though they are a proven health hazard. smoking marijuana is even worse because people hold in the smoke so it will be the cancer hazard of future. politicians will do whatever gets them votes and not what is right.

smoke is a carcinogenic no matter what type of smoke that is taken in to the lungs. holding one`s breath makes it worse. marijuana is a drug that can help some diseases but to just legalize it for a profit is like a cigarette company saying smoking is sexy. now the lawmakers are changing the playing field. it was suggested that people could grow up to 5 plants in the privacy of their jomes but that has since been dropped. why it is dropped is because the state cant make money if people are growing it themselves. |

Edibles are being sold at the dispensary. that is for medical purposes. there is a lot to be ironed out before you just start popping them gummy bears in your mouth. someone will have to decide what potency the legal stuff will be. medical gummy will not be the strength they are giving a stage 4 cancer patient. |
