As stated above, I went to E6 one time and was not kicked out.

After going there, I had an issue with them putting a tub of popcorn for refills on the counter and it being "self-serve". So I brought this up with my friend at the time Rachel, the manager at Streator Eagle 6.

This was aired out on Facebook for all to see. My complaint was the sanitary nature of people using the scoop for refills. I pointed out to Rachel that in my 30 years of movie-going, I'd never seen that. EVERY movie theater I have been to in my 30 years of movie-going experiences, my refills of popcorn was done by staff, free or a 50 cent charge.

I pointed this out to her and she got mad.

I also provided her with statistics on handwashing after bathroom use and she agreed. She agreed most don't wash their hands after bathroom use. I said I didn't like penis popcorn.

Rachel then said she didn't wish to keep her employees later at nite than necessary, as most are HS students.

My response was, as someone who'd cleaned out popcorn machines at a movie theaters multiple times myself was, it only takes 10 minutes tops.


I gave Eagle 6 a bad review because of this and she(Rachel) immediately messaged me via FB.

She asked me to remove my bad review of E6 from the E6 FB page as her job would be affected.(BTW,I have all this saved on multiple devices.)


It escalated. She deleted me as a "friend" on FB>


So as for me being "kicked out" of E6, she's lying and so is Bluestar(who may or may not be Rachel).


If after this occurred, IF Rachel decided to "kick me out" retroactively for comments on FB, then I have zero knowledge of this.

I did go back recently with my female friend and her daughter for a Saturday free showing. Rachel was not there and my female friend posted pics of me and her daughter to FB.


So Bluestar is either Rachel herself or a friend without full knowledge.




Bottom line, she is lying and committing slander. If I'm "kicked out of E6" , this is the first I'm hearing about it and was there 2 weekends ago with photo proof.


I have spoken with a lawyer today, but don't wish to have SO website owners subpoenaed to provide Bluestar's actual name/info.

This is childish crap and Bluestar needs to issue an apology for false statement.

Otherwise, see you in court.

So that puts rec-pot in the Midwest, not just the coastal states & Colorado.

Illinois is going to loose out on a lot of potential tax revenue. This state really needs revenue and what better way than a "sin tax"?

I would advise you to become very familiar with the law before you go forward. You have not been named, and at this point you cannot say she made that statement knowing it was false.

I know both Blue and Rachel, and I can assure you, and would testify in court that they are in fact not related, nor the same. I do not know if they are friends, or know each other.

What I do know is both of you are good people, who want what is best for this area. It would be too bad if divisions based upon personality stripped us of the good you both can do.

I, had not heard that. It does seem states are doing well w/ the sell. I, just met a gal in Peoria, that works w/ a Dr. and staff within the medical marijuana industry. She and he say it is closer than we think, as it should be. They work to get opoid(sp) addicts clean and it is working.

i have quite a few relatives that use marijuana and opioids to excess. marijuana isn't the miracle drug many proclaim it is. if it helps some so be it but just to make it legal so you can sit around and smoke all day i dont agree with. there are many families that have kids right here in town that go without food because the parents are smoking the money up. it is the same with drinking to excess......the kids suffer.

 Use and abuse.Its not difficult to get right now so they may as well make tax revenue off it..

I know people who smoked since we were young and do just fine,and the stoners as you describe who roll out of bed with a joint in their hand to start the day.

I never did understand the latter type.Personally I am a  teetotaler 99.9 per cent of the time as I like to feel I am in control.

it is like any drug......it will be abused by some. if a pack of cigs cost 7.00 i can only imagine what the state will sell marijuana for.

Personally, cigarettes was the most addictive drug I have ever used.
Thank goodness I went cold turkey before I turned 30 years old.

Like my older brother, pot just makes me nervous.
Must run in our family generic make up.
