YEARS BACK, was " Woody " stollen by some High School kids around Graduation time ? I vaguely recall hearing / reading something about it, but don't recall IF Truth or a Tall Tale being spread around town. I CAN'T imagine this being a Small TASK considering Size and Location. I wasn't here at the time, but in my hometown we had a rather large chicken advertising the local broasted chicken joint....... Since the statute of limitations has long since passed ( as has the giant chicken ), I can assure you that a couple of seniors, armed with wrenches ( what we wouldn't have given for cordless impact guns back then ) can cleanly abduct said landmark and relocate it to the front of the High School...... It usually works best if you plan it around 2-4 AM when the local police force is taking a break at the station....... It also helps if you volunteer to help move it back........without admitting guilt you know. Always strive to be a good community volunteer!

It will be interesting to see what they do with it. I would not automatically assume Taco joint. If anything maybe a little more like food from Mr. J's. Standard American sandwiches and fries and Mexican food if you want it. That's just a wild guess though, time will tell. I wouldn't automatically assume it either. If they are car guys, I would bet it retains it's drive in fare, perhaps they could add a couple of quick in/ quick out Mexican dishes.

Truth it was HILARIOUS to see Woody standing over at the Golf Course

It translate to 'real Mexican food" From Wikipedia: Taquería (pronounced: [takeɾ'ia]) (sometimes misspelled as taquiria) is a Spanish word meaning taco shop or place that makes tacos.

It will most likely be real home cooked food.

I like real Mexican food. I ALSO like taco bells double decker supreme, with extra sour cream and extra extra FIRE sauce. Lol.

I was thinking last week, that it would be cool if they opened it as an old fashioned 50s drive in, with roller skating car hops. 50s music and a gathering spot for the car guys. Oh well. Just hope the have white cheese with the chips n salsa.
