I have been buying five gallon bucket of Laundry soap, including dish soap, and pods for dish washer. I like it. How many people buy this way or make their own soaps for laundry? When you make your own, how do you make yours? I know that there are different ways.

I buy the big box of Tide at the discount box store, and finish power ball in bulk too!

We buy All Free & Clear pods for laundry and usually the Cascade pods for the dishwasher. Recently though I picked up some Finish Power Ball and am using that. I'm not sure yet how I feel on that detergent or if I'll stick with it.

I have a high end dishwasher that has both upper and lower sprayers, so it's like a monsoon in there when it's running...does a bang up job of cleaning that's for sure! no rinse aid needed since we have lake water here that's very soft

We use All Free laundry detergent and dryer sheets, with all the allergies in the house. But I do love the smell of Tide regular.

I once bought an off brand of detergent and ended up having to rewash a few loads because it caused one of my people to break out. Ever since, it's no perfumes/dyes for our household laundry.

It's more or less the perfumes they put in. The smell alone can cause them to have attacks.
