Would a pumppkin that size even taste good I wonder? probably not good for pies since sugar pumpkins are used mostly for pies or baking. Just add more sugar then!

My bro from SoCal e-mailed me about it. I think he found it on Yahoo. Ya can take the boy out of Streator, but you can't take Streator out of my bro.

maybe the owner can display it uptown or in the city park for a 2 weeks. that would bring tourists in to see that bad boy.

I don't have that many fingers and toes! Lol! However, when my nephew's class did an experiment, the smaller pumpkins had more seeds than the big ones. Grant you none were giant. Hmmmm...... I just might be able to count them. I'd rather carve it. Let me at it! Let me at it!

That's why when I pick out a pumpkin, I don't go for big. I like eating the roasted seeds. Of course it's a good reason to carve them. Lol!

Pumpkins available for Halloween but maybe not Thanksgiving
NEOGA, Ill. (AP) — There should be enough pumpkins for Halloween this year, but that might not be the case for the canned pumpkin used in pies come Thanksgiving, according to crop experts in Illinois, the country's top pumpkin-producing state.
