Dr. Mattioda, told me once, place a pencil under your breast. If the pencil stays, you need a bra.

What if it gets lost? Lol! I, have never had that problem! I was an early bloomer. Summer after third grade, I had cleavage. By fifth grade, I had to wear a bra. No one ever believed I was in the grade I was because of the size of my bust. And believe me there was harassment. When I was older, I got sick and it took a long time for the doctors to figure it out. Went from a DD down to a B. Lost muscle mass and everything. Happy I'm not a DD anymore, but, it did take it's toll on the bust. Hence why I don't ever go without a bra.

We you probably saved yourself a lot of back problems. My daughter's niece has that problem. But not as much as you did.

I guess nobody read the link/study about how bras "could" be one cause of breast cancer!! I'm prone to it because my mom had it. My ancestry is a cancer cluster. Still wouldn't be able to go without a bra.

Still wouldn't be able to go without a bra. I just up-dated my reply. Wear it less hours? Don't sleep in it? Massage or dry-brush? (In 1 link) How about a more non-contsrictive bra (sports bra) or a professional fitted one? There's a store in Peru, on the road behind Menards, in the lil strip-mall that does that.

I know about that shop. A friend recommended it after my mom had a single mastectomy.

Only in America are people so offended by nudity. We are, as a nation, such prudes! Many other countries allow nudity and they think nothing of it. If people want to walk around naked, I say let them. It harms no one. If you don't like it, don't look. It's just as bad seeing some people the way they clothe themselves! Not really. There is an entire website promoting cheating. I doubt they keep their clothes on! Oh please! Comparing nudity to cheating is like comparing deer hunting to terrorism!

Do we need to bring the top free day protest to the city park? Who would participate?
