Yep, then the owners say "oh, we were just flying it over to our friends house to video it"
I guess flying it to look under a privacy shade is a direct path to the house?
I would have done the same thing, hopefully he is successful in his suit against the drone owner.

Did anyone see the news about 2 weeks ago where a kid attached a 9mm pistol to a drone and was able to shoot it while flying the drone? An eye opener for all to worry about getting shot to death from a Toy drone. These should be banned from the public. a kid finds away for nut jobs to seek a new way to mass murder people and not be at the scene of the crime

This guy even made it worse that these really need to be banned and outlawed to the public. The crazy nut job can be a mile away from his target with these and kill a lot of people and not be seen.

I also saw a blurb/page about a rifle of some sort, connected to wifi & the target was changed! It had a photo that appeared to be @ a range. Kind of like the jeep incident.
Nut cases taking technology to a dangerous level!!

How things have changed. At Common Law, it was a trespass to fire an arrow over someone's property. A landowner was deemed to own the air above his property. Cujus est solum ejus est usque ad coelum.
