I have 8.1 now. I would appreciate if you could share experiences (Good or bad) you have had with 10.

as with any new operating system being released it will have many bugs to iron out. I am running windows 8.1 on my laptop but will refrain from downloading windows 10 for a few months to make sure it is stable and compatible with many of the apps I am running now.

I have windows 8.1 on one computer and windows 7 on the other. I like windows 7 but hate 8.1. I will change the 8.1 over in a few months.

All my outdated stuff has seven.. Not a chance I'll change to ten..... If I had any versions of eight I would based on what I have read...

I've had Windows 10 for about an hour now and so far, so good. I like it. I was skeptical about all of my pictures and music being transferred, but it's all there and everything works fine so far. I also like the new Microsoft web browser Edge. Much better than IE.

I have 8 on my older laptop and am running updates on it now and then up to 8.1. Going to let it update to 10. anything has to be be better than 8. My other one I have 7 on and it's going to stay that way for now. If it ain't broke why fix it.

Haven't had any problems so far. I still like it. It lets you set up for tablets touchscreens, but for the most part, it's very easy to use. And the Start menu is back. Lol

I read that too today jimb. it seems like the free operating system has access to almost everything on your computer. no wonder Microsoft was giving it away so they can monitor your every move and location.

I have been using windows 10 on my laptop for the past 3 weeks. I did have windows 8.1 on the laptop before downloading windows 10. windows 10 is a lot better then windows 8.1 so I will be sticking with it from here on out. Microsoft says you have 30 days to make up your mind then after that you can never return to your previous operating system unless you have the disk. there are two concerns with windows 10 that bother me. number one is the computer does the window updates without your approval and number 2 is unless you change the privacy settings Microsoft can track your every move. the privacy settings are relatively easy to change but by changing them you will lose some of the APPS that come with windows 10.
