She offered up to me, without any prompting at all, that the fights were her biggest problem with the City. Just so we are clear here: She said that the fights were the biggest problem with the city, but she didn't say the fights were causing the business to fail, right?

That was well before the owner boarded her out calling it a failed business. I don't think considered it a failure at that point, but obviously she realized that the fights were a problem for their business.

but obviously she realized that the fights were a problem for their business. She never said that, she said her biggest problem with the city was the fights. To this day I don't think I have ever seen a comment from her that fights caused the theater to fail.

It was very obvious to me that she was telling me about it because she did realize that the negative incidents were hurting their business. I believe that she does know that these things being allowed to go on is not right.

Kyle is just tarnishing other officials reputation. jmo. (The blame game) I am only talking about what they do. If what they do tarnishes their reputation, I can't help that. If I say anything that is wrong they do have plenty of resources to stop me. The blame game? As in blaming people of being illegal when they are not and without providing them Due Process? Since our government was intended to be for the people and by the people, our founding fathers gave the people the right to talk about what leaders do, even if it tarnishes their reputation. However, they do require our leaders to provide proof before they tarnish the reputation of others. Maybe you should try reading our Constitution some time, so that you have a better understanding of it.

I'm not totally sure if you donate to go fund me and the person does not use the money they claim it will go for what would happen. Nor do I really know if you are able to get a refund from that or not. I don't know totaly how that works. Maybe some one else has an idea and could explain.

Maybe Obama will fund the Majestic renovation project? Kids have the right to computers and internet for homework says our fearless President. Shouldn't kids have the right to see a movie? Give Obama a call!

Give Obama a call! And your solution would be a small slate & a piece of well used chalk for the poor kids and the richer kids would have Mommy & Daddy buy computers and internet access for school work? GOP would love it. Motto: "Let's not live for the future."

Nobody is saying something shouldn't be done for the less fortunate children. But thoughts of a parent playing around on the computer, that is meant for their child's schoolwork, for free, is ticking me off. What happens if the parent sells it? Or it breaks? There are going to have to be some restrictions, guidelines, something to control issues that will arise.
