I hear Vactors having orders cancelled due to the low oil prices... They said we'd pay 10 to 20 cents more due the refineries being shut down.. We're really not that far from other towns in the area..

Was in Ottawa today, $2.44 there, compared to $2.29 here. I always make sure I have a topped off tank before I leave for work on Mondays, knowing I will be paying more all week, elsewhere.

A petroleum analyst thinks it's just a matter of time before some Illinois drivers see gasoline under $2 a gallon. Midwest prices have spiked recently because of the unexpected shutdown of part of a large northwest Indiana refinery but BP announced Tuesday that the unit has restarted. An analyst at Gas Buddy says prices could fall 20 to 50 cents. Like Comment Share
