It's cool. Tosh likes Soccer, lots of people do. I am sorry I came on so strong last time why it is not my own particular thing. To each their own. I had a build for a lineman(BIG) but not the temperament. Last thing I wanted to do was do the double day practices and hitting people and never touching the ball. LOL, They taught you how to strip the ball from the weenie running backs and Q-back. With a bit of work, you could take it without too much trouble. I was good at it because it was the only time I could not turn the other cheek ( raised Quaker ). I took full advantage of it....  My comment, was sorta tongue in cheek, knowing, my buddy sniper does not like soccer. lolololol I like all sports, except pro basketball. Kudos to the FFA. A very good organization. I still wonder, what the concussion ratio is. |

I concur Tosh about the NBA. I really LIKE Basketball, but have not been into the pro game for quite a few years now. They are pretty much all way overpaid and a bunch of thugs. The Allen Iverson's and Latrell Sprewell's all left me pretty cold. All a lot of attitudes and no humility(or respect) whatsoever. I have no doubt the level of play is still there, there just are not many players that seem remotely likable. I just don't know why the FFA is no longer Future Farmer's of America. It seems like they are trying to distance themselves from rural roots. Great organization, I just don't understand the shifting focus or name change. I always, say, when they took travelling out of the game, I stopped watching. |

LOL, it is now just FFA......... Don't ask, I didn't think that one up. Its been FFA since i was in school "scratches head" That's why it confused me at first, FFA always stood for Future Farmers of America........ They get testy if you call it that though, which is perfect for me, I like to tweak folks every chance I get, especially when it is over something STUPID like changing the name of a fine organization. |
