Well for 60$...we expected alot better! Hell we can order 2 chicken dinners from Toppings that end up getting delivered here to us, hot at least, and quite good for 1/3 of that price, 20$. M It was $60 for 2 chicken dinners? No........the total bill was about 60$, my husband told me. I ordered a 1/2 chicken dinner, he had a spaghetti dinner, I had 3 beers there for 2 hours and he had a couple of pops. I'm saying that for 1/3 of the price we could have ordered from Toppings 2 chicken dinners delivered here to our house that would have been hot, and good...and of course alot cheaper too. Pffttt...................... M

I never think of Toppings. We should give them a try sometime. I love toppings, best double cheeseburgers ever, I am disappointed in their chicken lately, it seems like it has gotten very small, but if memory corrects me if you order a 1/4 you get 3 pieces.

A new place always has things to iron out. I have not heard a bad, thing, except on here.

The best way to solve unsatisfactory service is to ask to speak to the manager. At the time of the problem. Tell them what your issue is, and what you would like done to correct it.

Good point, helen. Just the other day, something happened, w/ a pal of mine, and did not like the taste of something. When the gal came back, we told her and asked her if she wanted something else. NO CHARGE! No, this was not at Satch's.

Well, all I know, it what the workers, there tell me. They are packed, super busy, yes some complaints, but working them out. There are few kinks, as to when seat folks and such, but they are learning. As for Toppings, they used to have great chicken, but last time, I got it, I think they were cornish hens breasts, they were so little.

I have had that happen before at Toppings, but they've always given extra chicken to make up. I order from there frequently, and ive always assumed they had run out of chicken and had to purchase a supply from somewhere other than their norm.
