FLU SHOT time...it's that time of year. Have you gotten yours yet? I got mine Monday. There's already been a bug that hit a lot of people a couple weeks ago. I was pleasantly impressed by how many posted they were HOME, and not out running around, spreading it further. Remember GOOD HAND WASHING is your first line of defense. Don't touch your nose, eyes, mouth. Cover your cough, sneeze. And if you do get sick, stay HOME. Keep Jr home, too, if they are sick. Good luck on the upcoming flu season. You have now been prepared

www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/gbs/detail_gbs.htmThis is why I won't get the shot. A relative of my spouse got the shot and ended up in Peoria hospital on a respirator paralyzed for a couple months. Almost died once ,but survived . There is a risk of coming down with this thru anykind of vaccination. That is fact.

no waiting at Walgreens for flu shots and if you have insurance they don't charge most people out of pocket.
