Tsc isnt going into the Kmart building. They're going into to kroger building I believe. But, they want to use the parking lot of Kmart, if I understand correctly. Kmart has an issue with that, as they still are required to lease it. Lol, if not, someone will correct me. I think you are correct. But they want to display items in the parking lot which is why they need more parking space I believe...

Well does kmart lease the parking lot too? Kmart shouldn't really have a say so on what happens to the parking lot. Especially when they aren't in the building. If you live in a apartment and your landlord wants to put a bunch of bushes in the yard...the tenants have no say in that. Unless I'm comparing apples to oranges there.

If they are paying rent, Fieldman shouldn't be able to double dip, so to speak.

I'm sure the lease is for the buildings and the parking in front of. Who would lease a building that didnt include the parking? If not, Fieldman could put up a huge warehouse or something in the lot, and those businesses would have 5 yr leases, and no parking.

And, i think that's the holdup with ts signing their lease. they want that extra space. In their lease.

Don't any of these corporate types know how little land costs around here? (we are not an expensive suburb with high real estate prices) It would shock you how few corporate executives know or care anything about suburban areas......... And not only huge corporations like Kmart......

I miss Kmart. And, I, do believe if the owner of the property can double dip, he will. JMHO
