If you are unclear what that is well.... The Affordable Care Act was requiring businesses to cover women's birth control in offered insurance programs and Hobby Lobby owners said "Oh no, its against OUR religion to follow THAT rule" so they sued and it just got decided at the Supremist court... Can a business have a right to NOT FOLLOW Laws if its against the religious views of the owner? Now they CAN... Great so you may be asking yourself, what do I care... I don't think birth control is a big deal and I didn't like Obamacare anyways...
well... it may go like this....
"Yessir, My name's Bobo Jones and I'm here about the job you advertised..." "Great, Mr Jones, have a seat".... "Do you have any kids, Bobo?" "Yessir, I got A kid in Albuquerque, and 2 with my girlfriend here" "Oh I am so sorry Mr Jones, but I am a religious man and sex outside of marriage or even a DIVORCE is against MY religion, thanks for coming in though" OR.......Maybe your boss can say THIS....
"Hey Bobo, I saw you ate a foot long sub and not a six inch sub today for lunch..... Do it again and you are fired. Im Catholic and Gluteny is a sin in MY religion"
I don't know but religion is a personal choice and should not be a means to make others live as YOU choose.

Comparing distributing birth control to eating a sub is ridiculous. The government did the right thing by staying out. It has no place making that decision for a company. Now, you can decide to patronize that business or not.

I'm not sure but hobby lobby was only saying that they were against certain types of birth control, I.e. The abortion pill or whatever they called it. I guess those opposed to the hobby lobby decision can now choose not to work at those places or not buy there items just like people do at any other place they disagree with.

This person is DEAD ON. They will eventually stop covering childbirth for unwed mothers, ANY coverage for homosexuals, HIV treatment for gays, ANY coverage or denial of employment for anyone with a tattoo, To say this is a slippery slope is an understatement. I am as conservative as can be, but I happen to agree with every liberal woman on this issue. Anyone who can't see this is blind. Straight up blind.

1.) To the OP, the ACA does not cover contraception requirements, those are determined by the HHS, a non-legislative agency. 2.) The decision did NOT remove the requirement to provide contraception under qualified health care policies. 3.) The decision did not remove a single woman's rights to abortion, PERIOD. 4.) The decision did not change a SINGLE thing regarding health care, you can't arbitrarily decide not to provide life saving care or medicines. 5.) The decision did clearly illustrate just how ignorant the US population is of our government, laws, Constitution and country. Believe me, the Politicians see how ignorant the average American is, and they take full advantage.

Sadly most were misinformed. Those medications DO NOT cause abortions. It prevents fertilization. What happens when blood transfussions, may no longer be covered, because it is against their Religion? Or we no longer can hire folks named........?fill in the blank.

Tosh, why do you insist on posting known falsehoods? 1.) The 4 medications that HL objecte3d to were ONLY objected to when prescribed as Abortificants. If prescribes for their other uses, the ruling does NOT apply. 2.) The ruling does NOT apply to health care. Now dammit, are you going to slide down to Greekgod level?
