let me know how that works for you super. I see this morning the starlings are back bothering the other birds. I am down to 3 hummingbirds now. hasn't made a difference yet...guess I'll wait for colder weather to see if it picks up? I have a lot of hairy and and downy woodpeckers chick-a-dee helped me stain the siding yesterday since i was near one of the feeders lol

No feeder for me this summer. I noticed a lot of my wren friends have taken up residence in my neighbors 7' tall weed patch.

I heard a pair in the distance yesterday afternoon talking back and forth. Maybe they were on telephone poles making all that racket ? lol

the bees have taken over my hummingbird feeders. they scare away the hummingbirds.

birdys seem to making a fall trek right now? Low traffic continues on the feeders before the snOwbirds come in 2 weeks ?

The American Golden Finches are losing their wonderful yellow, for the season. Fall is def. here.

I haven't had one hummingbird today at the feeders. they must be on their way to Mexico lol. Speaking of hummingbirds, nope they're still here. Yesterday there were two different ones within minutes of each other out in our front flower bed feeding on my tall phlox. I happened to be sitting on my front porch, and called the little neighborhood children over to see them. The kids were quite fascinated, and boy do those lil suckers fly away fast too..................lol. M

I had one today but think it was passing through. he stopped at the feeder for awhile then moved on to the canna flowers.
