I have mostly the same sparrows and starlings I had last week. I quit putting food out since they eat anything and everything out of my deeders.

I still have finches, but they are no longer that beautiful yellow. I have tons and tons of crickets and greashoppers. I have NEVER had this many.

mostly sparrows are eating here. soon I will put the suet cakes back up.

I have one cake out, peckers seem to like it!
same 2 Juncos are taking turns on the ground, no more have shown up yet...

I counted 8 snO birds under my feeder before dark yesterday.
A batch of Robins hanging out on their way through too...

I love it, when I walk out on the deck, and all the birds, take off from the tops of the flowers/seeds. Reminds me of THE BIRDS.
