Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom from criticism of one's speech. You know that.

Expecting that your Freedom of Speech will be honored by City officials doesn't mean freedom of retaliation from them not liking the subject that you want discussed.

At least one person who has a wife working there has come on here and stated she had no knowledge of this incident. Thats enough for me to call b/s.... Thank you JB..you had the best explaination. I just waisted 5 minutes that I'll never get back again to read thru this, and another few posting back, lol. Although........................ YES this did happen in CheapSeats a few Cruise Nights back, the man was mental, sad situation with that poor soul. And, I worked retail for 11 loooonnnggg years, and there were 2 incidents were someone "crept in and crapped" ALL over...but not downstairs on the store floor..this happened upstairs in our restrooms. Also I did talk to a couple of clerks from our Streator K-Mart store during their final days...and people defacated and peed on items they took into the restrooms................... Seriously......... M

I was around eleven years old, living in Chicago. My Dad had taken me to the Sears Tower and when we were leaving there was a homeless guy squatting and taking a crap right on the sidewalk. Mental illness and needing to take a poop sometimes goes horribly wrong.
