Wow . That is a blast from the past. You still keep up w/ Blindman Blue? Nice guy. Yes I do. I've been out there a few times & my cuz & I went to hear his band play each time too. I even sat in when they were practicing, one of the band members has a very nice sound studio in his home. Sadly, this is the year that I would be heading out west, but because of the problems I had last summer & fall, I need to be here in the spring to get things done, including a new sidewalk. I am thinking about a train trip, in spring!!!

The river is out of it's banks. Down by westgate in the bottom there the river is pusing the ice on the banks while it is out of it's banks,

Fortran the Jones were 2 diff. bands. I never knew that. For some reason I thought it was pretty much all the same guys and did a name change. I was pretty young in the Jones Band era and just out of High School when Fortran was around. Didn't they have some concerts down at Katchewan back in the mid-70's? The Jones band did, but by the time Fortran started, it was pretty much past the band stand era at "K"

Don, of Don's music store is a great steel guitar player. He and his wife were known to be on the stage of the "Grand Ole Opry."
